March, 2019

在今年3月海軍敦睦遠航訓練支隊進行國內航訓，停泊高雄、安平、馬公、台中、基隆、蘇澳及花蓮七大港口，並開放民眾登艦參觀，今年敦睦艦隊由油彈補給艦磐石號、康定級巡防艦武昌艦及成功級巡防艦田單艦組成

於停泊基隆港開放參觀兩日雖都天候不佳，但參訪民眾仍絡繹不絕，甚至造成基隆市區交通打結，許多北部學校亦藉由此次敦睦艦隊參觀活動進行校外參訪，透過參訪活動亦進行全民國防教育的好時機


In March 2019, Dunmu Fleet in R.O.C Navy implemented the domestic cruise and parked at seven port as Kaohsiung, Anping, Ma Gong, Taichung, Keelung, Suao and Hualien to let citizen visit on broad. In this year, Dunmu Fleet is composed of Panshi Fast Combat Support Ship, Chengkung Class Frigate - Tian Dan Ship and Kangding Class Frigate - Wuchang Ship.

Even though the weather in the visit days of two in Keelung port almost was rainy, it also still had many people visit and caused the traffic jam in urban. Moreover, lots of high schools in north of Taiwan took place the outdoor teaching activity to carried out the national defense education in this chance.

磐石號油彈補給艦，隸屬於海軍一五一艦隊，母港為左營軍港，為目前我國海軍排水量最大的軍艦，亦是
此次敦睦艦隊之旗艦

於船上的展示館中，陳展我國現役海軍軍艦模型、國造武器專區、台灣精品及未來國造軍艦擬定模型

Panshi Fast Combat Support Ship, assigned to Republic of China Navy 151th fleet, whose the home

 port is Zuoying Port. Panshi Ship is the flagship of Dunmu Fleet. 

The display area on the ship show the models of R.O.C Navy ship,  indigenous weapons, Taiwan excellent 

product and the models of future ship in R.O.C Navy.

康定級飛彈巡防艦，隸屬於海軍一二四艦隊，母港為左營軍港，為我國向法國採購自拉法葉級巡防艦

康定級為我國海軍首款匿蹤外型之軍艦，艦上配備MK-75快砲、海欉樹防空飛彈、雄風二型反艦飛彈、
L/70機砲、MK-15方陣快砲、MK-32型水面船艦魚雷管及達蓋MK-2誘餌發射系統，並可搭配S-70C型
機進行反潛作業

Kangding Class Frigate, assigned to Republic of China Navy 124th fleet, whose the home port is 

Zuoying Port. Kangding Class Frigate whose the origin is La Fayette Class from Fance was purchased by 

Ministry of National Defense. 

Kangding Class Frigate is the first Radar-Absorbing exterior ship in R.O.C Navy, and is equipped with 

MK-75 caliber Gun, Sea Chaparral Missile, Hsiung Feng II Anti-Ship Missile, 40mm/L70 gun, Phalanx 

Close-In Weapon System, MK-32 Surface Vessel Torpedo Tubes and Dagaie Mk2 Chaff Launcher. 

And also cooperate the anti-submarine activity with S-70C helicopter.

成功級飛彈巡防艦，隸屬於海軍一六四艦隊，母港為澎湖馬公的測天島軍港，成功級飛彈巡防艦為美
國派里級巡防艦的修改版，由台灣造船公司所承造

成功級巡防艦配備MK-13飛彈發射器，可發射標準一型飛彈及魚叉飛彈

並配備雄風二型飛彈、雄風三型飛彈、L/70機砲、MK-15方陣快砲及MK-32型水面船艦魚雷管

Chengkung Class Frigate, assigned to Republic of China Navy 164th fleet, whose the home port is 

Observatory Island Port in Penghu. Chengkung Class Frigate is the modification of U.S Oliver 

Hazard Perry Class, therefore Chengkung Class Frigate was manufactured by China Ship Building 

Corporation(now call "CSBC Corporation Taiwan").

There are  lots of weapon systems including the Hsiung Feng II Anti-Ship Missile, Hsiung Feng III 

Anti-Ship Missile, 40mm/L70 Gun, Phalanx Close-In Weapon System and MK-32 Surface Vessel 

Torpedo Tubes on the frigate.

基隆級飛彈驅逐艦，隸屬於海軍一六八艦隊，母港為蘇澳港，為我國向美方採購之紀德級驅逐艦

基隆級驅逐艦搭載MK-45艦砲、標準二型防空飛彈、阿斯洛克反潛飛彈、魚叉反艦飛彈、MK-15方陣
快砲及MK-32型水面船艦魚雷管，並可透過戰術資料鏈進行指揮作戰及與友軍的資訊共享

Keelung Class Destroyer, assigned to  Republic of China Navy 168th fleet, whose the home port is Su'ao. 

Keelung Class Destroyer whose the origin is Kidd Class from U.S Navy was purchased.

Keelung Class Destroyer is equipped with the MK-45 Gun, Standard Missile 2, RUR-5

Anti-Submarine Rocket, AGM-84 Harpoon Anti-Ship Missile, Phalanx Close-In Weapon System and MK-32 Surface 

Vessel Torpedo Tubes, and can use the Data Link to coordinate the tactic and share 

the intelligence with friendly troops.

沱江級巡邏艦，隸屬於海軍一三一艦隊，母港為基隆港，為我國自研自製的穿浪型雙船體巡防艦，可
搭載雄風三型飛彈、雄風二型飛彈、MK-75快砲、MK-15方陣快砲、MK-32型水面船艦魚雷管、M2重
機槍及T74排用機槍

Tuochiang Class Corvette, assigned to Republic of China Navy 161st fleet, whose the home port is 
Keelung Port. Tuochiang Class Corvette is indigenous ship of wave-piercing catamaran, and is equiped 
the Hsiung Feng III Anti-Ship Missile, Hsiung Feng II Anti-Ship Missile, MK-75 caliber gun, Phalanx 
Close-In Weapon System, MK-32 Surface Vessel Torpedo Tubes, M2 Machine Gun and T74 
General Purpose 
Machine Gun.

磐石號油彈補給艦，擔負起中華民國海軍之油彈補給及人道救援任務，並擁有完整的野戰醫院設施

Panshi Fast Combat Support Ship, takes on the logistic mission and humanity mission in R.O.C Navy, 

and has a complete field hospital on the ship.

永靖級獵雷艦，隸屬於海軍一九二艦隊，母港為左營軍港，為我國向美方採購之鶚級獵雷艦，我國目
前擁有兩艘該級之獵雷艦，分別為永靖艦及永安艦

Yongjing Class Coastal Minehunter, assigned to Republic of China Navy 192sd fleet, whose the 

home port is Zuoyong Port. And Yongjing Class whose the origin is U.S Navy Osprey-class coastal 

minehunter was purchased by R.O.C Navy, there are two ships in R.O.C navy, one is Yongjing Ship, 

the other one is Yongan Ship.

劍龍級潛艦，隸屬於海軍二五六艦隊，母港為左營軍港，為我國於西元1980年向荷蘭採購的柴電潛艦，
為劍魚級潛艦的改良版

劍龍級潛艦配備SUT魚雷、MK-48型魚雷及潛射型魚叉飛彈之武器

Chienlung Class Submarine, assigned to Republic of China Navy 256th fleet, whose the 

home port is 

Zuoyong Port. Chienlung Class Submarine which is the modification of Zwaardvis Class Submarine 

was purchased from Nederland.

Chienlung Class Submarine is equipped with SUT Torpedo, MK-48 Torpedo and UGM-84 Harpoon Missile.

旋翼式無人載具火炮前觀系統，由軍備局研製的旋翼型飛行無人載具，可輔助迫砲部隊觀測前方敵軍
所在位置並進行座標標定，將相關數據回傳後方部隊作為迫砲仰角及方位調整之依據

UAV-forward Observation System, which was developed by Armament Bureau, Ministry of National Defense. 

That has a main function that can observe the situation of enemy to locate the position. Therefore, the data 

which is the reference to determine the angle and direction is sent to mortar troop by link.

雄風三型反艦飛彈，由中科院所研製之反艦飛彈，可由陸上機動發射車及海上船艦發射該型反艦飛彈
，並於多次試射演訓中命中目標

Hsiung Feng III Anti-Ship Missile, which was developed by NCSIST, thus, the missile can be launched from 
the launch truck on the land and ship. Moreover, Hsiung Feng missile has record to hit the targt maney time 
in exercise so far.

天弓三型武器系統，中科院研製之防空飛彈系統，為連級操作武器系統，由一輛電源車、一輛飛彈發
射車及一輛雷達車所組成，並可同時接戰多目標威脅

Tien Kung III Air Defense Weapon System, which was developed by NCSIST. There is a weapon system 

that is operated by company, and consist of a electric power truck, a launch truck and a radar truck.

Tien Kung System can engage the different target in the same time.

銳鳶無人機，目前於海軍海上戰術偵蒐大隊服役，為中山科學研究院航空研究所研製，參與各項演訓
任務，並曾於東部外海偵獲解放軍的電子偵查船

Albatross UAV, assigned to R.O.C.Naval Maritime Tactical Reconnaissance Group, and was developed 

by ASRD, NCSIST. Albatross UAV has taken part in many exercises so far, otherwise, it even had 

detected the reconnaissance ship of People's Liberation Army Navy.

Indigenous Weapons Display Area, which has lots of models of weapons made by Taiwan manufacturer 

in here, such as Kestrel Anti-Armor Rocket, Hsiung Feng III Anti-ship Missile, Thunderbolt-2000 Multiple Rocket 

System, Tien Kung III Missile and F-CK-1 fighter, to show the high quality of defense technology industry.

海龍號無人潛艇，為雷虎科技公司所研發之產品，該項產品曾榮獲台灣精品金質獎之殊榮

海龍號無人潛艇可搭配聲納設備及高清攝影機，進行水下作業

Seadragom XLR, which is developed by Thunder Tiger, and even had been awarded the Gold Mental of 

Taiwan Excellence Award.

Seadragom XLR can implement the diving working with the sonar and high revolution video camera.

The hangar of Panshi Ship, where is the place to display the equipment about the fire safety and the 

others and to let the citizens to take pictures.

MK-13飛彈發射器，為一種單臂發射系統，其可將該飛射系統分為兩部分，一為甲板上之發射器，另

一為甲板下之彈藥倉

MK-13飛彈發射器可發射標準一型防空飛彈及魚叉飛彈

MK 13 Guided Missile Launching System, which is a kind of single-arm missile launcher, can 

separate the two parts, at first, one part on the deck is the launcher, and the other part under the deck 

is the missile module.

nations. Moreover, 76 mm Gun is installed on Kangding Class Frigate, Chengkung Class Frigate and Tuochiang 

Class Corvette.

Also, There are many navy ship is armed with this weapon in the world, including Gowind Class Patrol Vessel from 

France, Formidable Class Frigate from Singapore and Oliver Hazard Perry Class Frigate from U.S.

康定級巡防艦的76公厘艦砲之砲塔外殼已更換成OTO設計的匿蹤砲塔外殼

OTO Melara 76 mm and MIM-72 Chaparral, which is armed the front of Kangding Class Frigate.

All of turret shell of OTO Melara 76 mm on the Kangding Class Frigate are replaced by turret shell of 

stealth technology from OTO Melara.
